Function & equipment
These high-temperature furnaces are ideal for sintering bridges and crowns made of translucent zirconia. Equipped with high-quality molybdenum disilicide heating elements, they minimize chemical interactions between the charge and furnace components. The bridges and crowns are loaded into ceramic saggars, and the furnaces can be individually programmed for all recommended sintering curves from nearly all zirconia manufacturers. With their reliable performance, durable construction, and competitive price-performance ratio, these furnaces provide professional results and efficient operation for dental laboratories of all sizes.

- Furnace chamber with 1 or 4 liter volume
- Molybdenum disilicide heating elements for chemical protection
- Dual-shell stainless steel housing with fan cooling
- Insulation free of RCF and compliant with EC 1272/2008

Additional equipment
Safety, Loading, and Process Management
The furnace is equipped with an over-temperature limiter with an adjustable cutout to protect both the unit and the load. Stackable saggars allow loading in two or three levels depending on the model, while the VCD software package provides precise process control, monitoring, and documentation for consistent, reliable operation.
