Heating elements mounted on durable support tubes provide optimal heat distribution and efficient, uniform firing. This design allows free heat radiation while ensuring excellent durability and an extended service life of the furnace.

Function & equipment

The Chamber Furnace Systems N 7/H – N 17/HR feature a low yet deep furnace chamber, making them ideal for smaller batch processing. These furnaces operate with the same precision and process control as the larger LH 15/12 – LH 60/12 models, providing excellent results in compact laboratory or workshop settings.

  • Tmax of 1150 °C, with a recommended continuous operating temperature up to 1100 °C for optimal longevity
  • Deep chamber design with three-sided heating from both side walls and the bottom for uniform temperature distribution
  • Heating elements mounted on durable support tubes for free heat radiation and extended service life
  • Bottom heating protected by a robust, heat-resistant SiC plate for added durability
  • Dual-shell stainless-steel housing with integrated fan cooling ensures low external surface temperatures
  • Multi-layer insulation using high-quality lightweight refractory bricks for excellent thermal efficiency
  • Energy-efficient design with insulation materials free of RCF, compliant with EC Regulation No. 1272/2008 (CLP)
