MFI for Dental
The HZ-60 is a full-sized industrial finishing machine designed for high-capacity, high-efficiency performance, offering more than double the output of the HZ-12 and HZ-40. Equipped with a built-in cover lift, it simplifies loading and unloading, eliminating heavy lifting while delivering fast, reliable results for large-scale finishing operations.
Machine Type: High Efficiency
Max Part Size: 25.5″ L x 5.25″ D
Barrel Dimensions: 25.75″ L x 5.8″ D
Popular Industries: Automotive & Transportation, Medical

HZ-60 Basic Operation
The HZ-60 Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machine uses high-energy centrifugal force to quickly remove material, polish surfaces, and deliver a uniform, isotropic finish that cannot be achieved by hand. Variable frequency control allows light polishing at low speeds or aggressive deburring at up to 225 RPM, and the machine can be customized with a touchscreen, parts separator, drain pan, and safety features.
Operating on the Ferris wheel principle, four barrels rotate around the turret and on their own axes, creating intense sliding action. Loaded with parts, media, water, and compound at 50–80% capacity, the HZ-60 provides fast, consistent, and high-quality finishing for a wide range of applications.

HZ-60 Barrels
Safe & Customizable Barrel Design
The HZ-60 Centrifugal Barrel Finisher comes with four 25.75” barrels featuring removable lids secured with cam locks for safe, efficient operation. An air-driven cover lift, controlled by a toggle switch on the control panel, allows easy removal of the barrel covers. Each barrel includes 11 divider slots, enabling the use of optional dividers to create up to 12 individual chambers per barrel. This allows operators to separate parts within each barrel, helping prevent part-on-part impingement & ensuring consistent, damage-free finishing.
